3 zones, 3 Exercises, 3 rounds thru. This strength and resistance session with Marisa is designed to help build lean muscle muscle and enhance your movement.
This style of class will also help shape and strengthen the body and increase resting your metabolic rate! It’s not easy- be prepared to sweat!

A 50/50 floor to treadmill class, get ready to increase lean muscle mass and raise your metabolic rate. All fitness levels welcome.
