Pre/Postnatal Mat Pilates With Dani #3

A traditional form of pilates, Matwork Pilates incorporates breathing patterns and core stabilising sequences to help align and strengthen the body. A great foundational class, you’ll be guided through a series of seamlessly flowing exercises that work to use your body weight to achieve an all-over sculpt. We’ve created this class with no music so that you can flow to your favourite tunes. This class is pre and postnatal friendly!
