Barre Blitz With Ashlee

Our classic Barre class compressed! Enjoy this fusion of ballet, pilates and high-intensity training to work towards a lean dancer’s physique in our Barre Blitz class with Ashlee.  We’ve created this class without music so that you can move to your favourite beats.
