Favourite class to teach in and why: My favourite class to teach - its a tie between TotalFlow and Power Vinyasa. I love leading a hard, hot, and sweaty yoga session. TotalFlow allows more movement and a fun faster pace, where Power Vinyasa allows a stronger burn and the ability to build a deeper fire in the furnace of the powerhouse. Yoga in general is LIFE, and I live and breathe it!

What do you love about movement? I love exploring new and fun ways to push the body to its limits whilst cultivating a strong connection to breath and spirit! I love the freedom you get from moving

Fun facts about me? I'm a freaky keen surfer, i love bushwalking and exploring waterfalls, and I'm obsessed with the astrology -anything about the stars and moons gets me excited!
