Favourite class to teach in and why: Reformer Pilates, I love that there is so much you can do on a Reformer, whether it be a challenging workout, more of a stretch or for injury rehab and there is nothing better then teaching a class and seeing people challenge themselves or get better at an exercise they once didn’t think they could do

What do you love about movement? The way you feel after moving your body

Fun facts about me? I worked in Real Estate for 7 years before I starting instructing and 'She’s the man' is my favourite movie :)
