What do you love about movement? Movement is everything to me. I love that it can absolutely change your life and that it is within all of us. It's a deep connection we all share- humbling at times and empowering at others. Movement connects us all and to share this experience in such a beautiful setting is beyond a dream for me.

Fun facts about me? I was born and raised in the true north- Canada!! I am fully bilingual (french speaking) and grew up on the ice rink. I have lived in Australia for 4 years now, and can't get enough!! I love the beach, scuba diving, and all things Real Housewives related (don't get me going lol). I consider myself quite the comedian, and all around fun time! Feel free to stop me whenever for a good chat, I'm always keen!! xx
