Prenatal Yoga With Jessica

Maintain movement with our specialised Prenatal Yoga flow class. Within each class, you will be taken through a journey of stress management and emotional preparation tips for birth as you use traditional yoga flows to help reduce common aches and pains associated with pregnancy.

Class duration: 70 minutes

Equipment suggestions:

  • 2x yoga blocks or text-books as a substitute

  • 1 pillow or bolster
