Functional Met Con With Rosie

Get sweaty and shredded in our epic functional-based MetCon class! You’ll move to a combination of all of your favourite functional elements, including bodyweight circuits, Kettlebell sequences and TRX drills to deliver a total body burn. Think EMOM and high-intensity HIIT sessions bundled into one. This is a serious mobility, strength and fitness challenge, so be prepared to work!
