Favourite class to teach in and why: Cycle :) The music is a huge part of class - I like to bring the banging tunes and high energy to every class!

What do you love about movement? Movement is a continuous journey - even on the days you're feeling low in energy, jumping into a class and moving your body gives you a new zest for life!

Fun facts about me? I'm from Wales and I speak Welsh. I was a Musical Theatre performer in London before moving to Aus. I can play Piano and Ukelele :)
