Yoga Sculpt With Sarah

The ultimate hybrid of yoga, pilates and H.I.I.T training, Yoga Sculpt works to utilise asanas with functional strength movements and hand weights to strengthen, tone and sculpt the entire body. We’ve created this class without music so that you can work out to your own playlist.
