Favourite class to teach in and why: Matwork Pilates, as I love those slow controlled movements you can create & the incredible burn you can feel in your body from the tiniest of moves!

What do you love about movement? How great you feel afterwards - no matter how you feel beforehand. Movement of some kind always makes you feel better & gives you energy.

Fun facts about me? Despite rocking workout gear 99% of the time, I have my own Personal Styling Business for the 'Everyday Women' - I am obsessed with clothes & shopping. I love making people feel confident - something I enjoy doing with Group fitness Classes at Total Fusion & in my own Styling business :)
