Favourite class to teach in and why: Club cycle because I love anything that involves elements of dancing and vibin' out music!!

What do you love about movement? I love finding out what my body and mind are really capable of when I push them to my limits. I love being present in my body. It clears my mind, and stimulates space for creativity, flow and all them feel good hormones. In a nutshell- moving my body makes me feel ALIVE and like a BADASS who can take on anything :P

Fun facts about me? I am a full time professional dancer and creative director in Brisbane. You might even catch me performing for Brisbane Heat, Brisbane Broncos, Brisbane Bullets, Brisbane Lions or at your local corporate event! Creativity and movement is my favourite playground of all. I also love going on adventures, have learnt I can grow my own veggie garden (thanks to COVID!) and adore my furbabies. I am also a Mumma to Be MAY 2021! :D
