Favourite class to teach in and why: Run club! It’s the toughest class and I get to cut and edit my own music! DJ and instructor all in one :)

What do you love about movement? I love pushing myself to see how far I can go. There’s nothing better then getting through a tough workout and being able to say you did it! I’m passionate about what I do and love helping people do things they never thought they could.

Fun fact about me? I’m born and raised in San Diego California. I’ve always loved extreme sports. I grew up riding dirt bikes, snowboarding, wakeboarding, skateboarding and surfing. I play guitar and was in my own band in middle school. I used to be an amateur boxer and competed in multiple fights and won!!
