A traditional form of pilates, Mat Pilates incorporates breathing patterns and core stabilising sequences to help align and strengthen the body. A great foundational class, you’ll be guided through a series of seamlessly flowing exercises that work to use your body weight, dumbbells and booty bands to achieve an all-over sculpt. We’ve created this class without music so that you can move to your favourite playlist or listen to Rowena’s suggested mix here.
